    What this is

    Connect your AI is part of Kinetic Pro. It lets an AI app you choose read the training and nutrition data you allow, send you plans and meal plans to review, and, if you allow it, log meals and add to your shopping list. You connect it by entering a short pairing code, shown by your AI app, into Kinetic. Kinetic subscriptions themselves stay under Apple's Standard EULA (App Store) and the Google Play Terms of Service.

    Only pair with your own AI app

    Enter a pairing code in Kinetic only when your own AI app is showing it, and check the app name and web address before you approve. Never enter a code someone sends you. If you approved a connection you don't recognise, revoke it in Settings › Connect your AI. Access stops immediately and its stored copy is deleted. Removing Kinetic from your AI app doesn't delete the connection; revoke it in Kinetic.

    Not medical advice

    Answers and plans from your AI come from your AI, not from us. They aren't medical advice. Check with a professional before changing your training or diet if you have a health condition. Your AI provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to what it does with your data.

    Fair use

    We never read your data, and we don't keep your connection key after pairing. Each connection has a random ID our service sees with every request, and we count requests per ID. We may rate-limit or disable a connection by that ID based on its traffic alone, without reading its data. We can't tell who owns it.

  5. 05

    Availability

    Connections last 90 days and can be renewed in the app. You can revoke any connection at any time. If Kinetic Pro ends, connections keep working for 7 days, then pause; resubscribe and they resume. We may change or end this service; if we do, we'll tell you in the app first.
