Delete your Kinetic data
Kinetic is an app by Automate Controle Mondial Inc. (ACMINC). Kinetic has no accounts, and most of your data never leaves your phone. The little we hold on our servers can be deleted here, and it expires on its own if you stop using the app.
Delete everything on our servers (fastest)
- Open Kinetic.
- Go to Settings › Data & Storage.
- Tap Delete my data on Kinetic servers and confirm.
This revokes all your AI connections, deletes their encrypted data and deletes your device record, straight away. Your workouts on your phone stay.
Stop one AI connection
Settings › Connect your AI › the connection › Revoke. It stops working immediately, and its stored copy is deleted.
Remove data from your phone
Uninstall Kinetic. This removes everything Kinetic stored on the phone. It doesn't revoke AI connections, so do the step above first.
Apple Health and Health Connect
Workouts and measurements Kinetic saved to Apple Health or Health Connect are controlled in those apps. Delete them there.
Can't use the app?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Kinetic – Delete my data" and your Support ID (Settings › Help & About). We delete that device's records within 30 days.
If you've already uninstalled: we can't identify your records without the app, so everything expires automatically as listed below.
What is deleted
Your device record (a random device ID, AI usage counters and your Pro status flag) and every AI connection record (connection ID, permissions, dates, the connected app's registered name), with its encrypted snapshot and any suggestions waiting for you.
If you turned on notifications for an AI connection, the push token we stored with it is deleted too, when you revoke the connection or delete your data.
What is kept
Nothing. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their own policies.
If you do nothing
- an AI connection's encrypted snapshot is deleted 60 days after its last update
- suggestions you haven't reviewed are deleted after 14 days
- AI connections expire after 90 days unless you renew them, and their records are removed 30 days after that
- a push token stored with an AI connection is deleted when the connection expires
- your device record is deleted after 12 months without any app activity
- meal photos are kept only on your phone, and Kinetic's servers never keep them; delete them in Fuel settings, or by deleting the app
- deleted data doesn't live on in backups
