How it works

  1. In any AI app that supports MCP connectors, add Kinetic as a custom connector: https://mcp.kineticpacer.com/mcp. It shows a short pairing code.
  2. Settings › Connect your AI. Pick what it can see (everything starts off), enter the code, check the app name, and approve. No links, nothing to copy.
  3. “How did my week go?” “Plan my next four weeks.” “Plan my meals for the week.” “Add what I need for tonight to my list.” “Log my lunch.” Plans and meal plans come back to Kinetic for review; meal logs and list items can go straight in if you allow it.

You choose. Every switch starts off.

Plans, the last 90 days of workouts, your food log, meal plans and shopping list, your dietary preferences and macro targets, and whether it can suggest plans, plan meals, log meals or add to your list. Photos are never shared, and nothing from Apple Health or Health Connect is shared. Fixed per connection: to change it, revoke and connect again.

Nothing changes until you say so.

Your AI's plan lands in the same import preview as a coach's file. See every day, keep your own edits, then accept or discard. Meal plans get their own preview with macros against your targets. For small things — logging a meal, adding to your shopping list — you can let it apply straight away, and undo anything it added.

Privacy, in plain words

The AI app you connect can read the data you choose until you disconnect it or it expires. You can revoke it whenever you want. Your data is stored encrypted — we can't read it. When your AI asks, it's unlocked for that moment only and never saved. While you pair, your phone gives our server the connection key, encrypted, for up to 10 minutes; it's deleted as soon as pairing finishes.
